Black Ridge

This is the project that started it all, our very first project. This 100 acre parcel has 3 homes, a wine tasting room, event barn, and incredible grounds. This 7,000 square foot home was designed with a 1000 square foot underground wine cellar and tasting room. Built in 2001, this home looks as good now as it did when it was built. The Owers, and friends of ours, keep incredible care of their home.
