Coastal beach living is something we all dream of here in California and this home is a dream come true for our clients. The Moran Lagoon home is tucked deep into a beach cove on a dead end road with access to the beach, ocean views and privacy from the street. As the home nestles in the cove along a sloped hillside the design is all about indoor-outdoor living, with a large covered roof deck that can be opened and closed to access the outdoor gathering spaces. This home utilizes locally harvested redwood and corten steel.
