This home is one of 3 buildings on a family owned compound within the Capitola Village. Two brothers purchased the property with the intent of developing their own personal homes and a shared apartment building. The homes, which are adjacent to each other, were designed to complement one another while remaining unique to each client’s personalities. Burlingame 1 is a 3-bedroom home with an attached ADU, and utilizes a combination of Trespa panels and cedar siding with a stacked bar design.
