Copa

The Copa beach house is designed to take advantage of beach life at its fullest. The goal is to maximize the view and access to the sand of this Aptos, California location for a very active family. The home has a large open living space for entertaining, a theater and game room, dual master suites, a hobby model shop, a surfboard and ocean toys storage room, and plenty of outdoor entertainment space. We designed the house to have clean lines and simple expressive forms and materials to compliment the adjacent bluff.
