The Point

Located directly in front of one of Santa Cruz’s most iconic surf spots, referred to as The Point, this home began as a minor remodel before turning into a complete renovation and addition. Although the old house was completely transformed, the new house maintains privacy and maximizes the breathtaking views. The homeowner tastefully decorates for each major holiday as a testament to her love of her home and love for life.
