Moran Lagoon

Site constraints are what attracted us to this project. The lot is only 30 feet wide. Both of the owners have artistic backgrounds, so we knew this would be an enjoyable challenge. Slender forms and a design that expresses small but very purposeful moves drives the project. The home's interior is designed like a boat where every inch was considered and made useful. The exterior materials are simple and will require little to no maintenance.
