Pinehurst

Located adjacent to the local elementary school this home was a remodel to an existing mid century modern home.  The home was designed to encapsulate an interior courtyard to embrace indoor-outdoor living while providing privacy from the busy school and street sides.  We redesigned and converted an existing outbuilding into a detached game room that also serves as a music and art room.  We incorporated an existing pool into a reimagined front yard with a water feature and garden.
