Pinehurst

Located adjacent to the local elementary school this home was a remodel to an existing mid century modern home. The home was designed to encapsulate an interior courtyard to embrace indoor outdoor living while providing privacy from the busy school and street sides. We redesigned and converted an existing outbuilding into a detached game room that also serves as a music and art room. We incorporated an existing pool into a reimagined front yard with a water feature and garden.
