Soquel Point

This home is located right on a coastal bluff in Santa Cruz, California. Design challenges for this property were plentiful: the California Coastal Commision, existing rip-rap structures, a narrow lot, and a busy street. We enjoy these types of constraints; they challenge us to go deeper into our creative minds. This home has unique features that solve difficult obstacles, like a driveway that will also double as a car lift for basement parking.
